Enhancement settings
You can define the settings that the phone uses by default when it is connected to
a compatible headset, car kit or inductive loopset. This menu is shown only if the
phone has been connected to one of these enhancements at least once.
To access this menu: Press
Menu
in standby mode, and select
Settings
and
Enhancement settings
.
Select
Headset

Handsfree
or
Loopset
, if available. Select
•
Default profile
to select the profile that is automatically activated when you
connect the selected enhancement to the phone. You can select another
profile while the enhancement is connected.
•
Automatic answer
to set the phone to automatically answer an incoming call
after five seconds. If
Incoming call alert
is set to
Beep once
or
Off
, automatic
answer cannot be used.
•
Lights
to set the lights permanently on (
On
) or to remain on for 15 seconds
after a keypress (
Automatic
). This setting is available only when
Handsfree
is
selected.
